CCMA promotes inclusivity in all activities subject only to membership criteria. Events other than the AGM/Retreat are open to friends and family of Members. Non-members who participate in activities are considered CCMA Supporters.
Membership in the CCMA is open to individuals who meet the following four criteria:

* Must be of good character
* Must be of Caribbean and/or Canadian-Caribbean descent by birth and/or ancestry
* Must have served or be serving in the Canadian military
* Must be recommended by a current CCMA Member and approved through a vote of the CCMA Membership.

Inclusive Participation
CCMA promotes inclusivity in all activities subject to membership criteria. Friends and supporters may participate in CCMA activities, except where events are reserved for Members, such as the AGM/Retreat.
CCMA Supporters
Supporters include serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces with Caribbean heritage and other individuals aligned with CCMA values. Supporters may participate in events and may be invited to join as Members subject to membership criteria.
Membership Dues
Membership dues are an annual fee of $120 CAD per year, payable upon joining and at the start of each operating year. The Executive may approve alternative payment arrangements for individual Members.
Conduct & Reputation
Members are expected to uphold the values, reputation, and objectives of the CCMA. Members acting contrary to CCMA values may be warned, suspended, or have their membership revoked following review by the Executive.

How CCMA Operates
CCMA operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Activities must be self-sustaining unless otherwise approved by the Executive. Members and Supporters may also be invited to contribute voluntarily to support CCMA operations.
