President | The Commander
Anthony Hewitt Jones serves as President of the Canadian Caribbean Military Association Inc. He provides overall leadership, direction, and executive oversight for the association. His role is to guide CCMA’s mission, governance, planning, and long-term vision while ensuring the organization remains credible, disciplined, and community-focused.
Alton Mark Outar (Ret'd)
Vice President | The Strategist
Alton Mark Outar serves as Vice President of the Canadian Caribbean Military Association Inc. He supports the President and helps move CCMA’s mission from concept to action. His role includes supporting planning, partnerships, member engagement, veteran-focused initiatives, and the development of programs connecting Canadian and Caribbean military communities.
Delroy Hopeton Gordon (Ret'd)
Secretary | The Record Keeper
Delroy Hopeton Gordon serves as Secretary of the Canadian Caribbean Military Association Inc. He supports the association by maintaining records, meeting notes, correspondence, and organizational documentation. His role helps keep CCMA structured, accountable, and aligned with its administrative responsibilities.

Public Relations Officer | The Voice
Kevin Brown serves as Public Relations Officer for the Canadian Caribbean Military Association Inc. He supports CCMA’s public image, communications, outreach, and community messaging. His role helps promote CCMA’s events, programs, cultural mission, and relationship-building with members, partners, and the wider community.
Kirk Simmonds (Ret'd)
Treasurer / Finance Officer | The Steward
Kirk Simmonds serves as Treasurer / Finance Officer of the Canadian Caribbean Military Association Inc. He supports financial records, budgeting, reporting, and accountability. His role helps ensure responsible stewardship, transparency, and proper financial management for the association and its members.
